How to order
Every order is placed over WhatsApp, with a person who knows the collection. It takes a few messages, and it means the size, finish and delivery date are agreed before you pay anything.
1. Choose a piece
Browse the collection and open any piece you like. Save a few to your wishlist if you want to compare them or ask about several at once.
2. Tap “Enquire on WhatsApp”
The button opens a WhatsApp chat with us, with the piece, the colour you picked and its price already filled in. There is no cart and no online checkout.
3. Confirm the details with us
We confirm availability, size, any customisation, the final price and the crafting and delivery timeline with you personally. Nothing is confirmed until you have agreed to it.
4. Pay once everything is agreed
When the piece, size, delivery address and timeline are settled, we share the payment details on the same chat and confirm your order.
5. We craft and dispatch
Pieces that are made to order are crafted for you by our artisans; ready pieces are packed and sent. We share the courier and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
